Hello my friends,
I am currently in Austriaac, promised you get a contribution about it, but now back to the time in Sweden. 😉
After a relaxing weekend we started to work on monday.
The two mens began to make sketches for the guest house. Where does something belong, what do we need, how high and all the important things you need for building a house. I preferred a less mathematical and denominational task. My tasks were to cultivate the garden, to pad plants, weed weeding and everything else.
But before the boys could begin to build the house, they realized that they had too little wood available. So his dad had to go to the sawmill the next day. Tuesday morning we decided to give the grass a new hairstyle. My friend cuted the gras and I ran behind him and went all together. I had totally underestimated how exhausting such a thing was. But the good thing about it was, it was not too hot to work.
The small house
After we finally finished the race, we went to the first wall of the guest house. Measure, cut, screw and finally drag up the small hill. At the top we screwed the wall. After we had secured the wall, we looked more closely at our work. I must say it feels good to build such a house and it’s really fun.
The next day we started with the second wall. Again exactly the same process. However, not everything went as planned, because unhappy white I stumbled over a board and so with my elbow and my hand against the wall lying on the ground. The result; a bruised hand and a painful elbow.
For me this means a break for work, at least until it does not heart anymore.
Unfortunately, I must say the two weeks went by way too fast and so it was time to break up again. Wednesday at three o’clock in the morning, when the sun was rising, we started our trip back home. The ferry went to Poland. From Poland to Friedensau where we made a short stop by friends and from there back to Austria.
All in all I enjoyed the time in Sweden very much and I am already looking forward to the next time.
